mybaby® is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s) that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned unused and with all original packaging intact, within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
This can be either in person or by post to us at; mybaby, 94-95 Spring Gardens, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 3DJ for a full refund or exchange.

Please note unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for return postage charges.
If you find a problem with your item please contact us immediately BEFORE sending the item back to us. We will then respond and advise you on how to return your item.
All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.

BY USING PAYPAL WE AT MYBABY® WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO VIEW OR ACCESS YOUR BANK, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS. If you would prefer to pay by personal cheque please send it to the address above made payable to 'mybaby' and please be aware your goods will only be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. This may take upto 5 working days. mybaby® is committed to respecting your privacy. We have structured our web site so that, in general, you can visit the website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.
Information you do provide us with including delivery address, email address, contact name and number will never be passed on or sold to a third party.
