Delivery Costs

Free delivery within seven to fourteen working days on all Mainland UK orders over £50.00 Orders under £50.00 will be subject to a handling/shipping charge (subject to stock availability).

Where We Deliver

Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered, which must be in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man, the Scottish islands and Highlands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you print and keep the receipt emailed to you.

How we Deliver

Smaller products are generally delivered either by courier or by post. Cots, Room sets and other large items are generally delivered by Parcelforce and our other Courier Companies or by the manufacturer. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 1.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays and other public holidays, please allow an extra two working days.

Postal and Courier Deliveries - 28 Working Days

Postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 7-10 working days of placing your order for goods in stock. Please allow up to 28 days for out of stock items and 4-8 weeks for room sets and Dutailier Glider chairs. For your convenience, Parceline and other Courier deliveries are usually made between 8am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Orders for some items can take upto 8 weeks due to late deliveries.

Please allow at least 5 working days extra for deliveries to very remote areas.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us at enquiry@mybaby.uk.com or telephone 0870 889 0008. If the box is damaged when you recieve your product please sign as damaged packaging on the consignment note. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please e-mail us or ring us on the above mentioned information.
